Lexicom workshop in 2015

Adam Kilgarriff:  we announce, with great sadness, that our friend and colleague Adam Kilgarriff died on 16th May 2015 from an aggressive cancer – an illness which he faced with great dignity, courage, and good humour. His death is a huge loss to the lexicographic and linguistic community, to his many friends, and above all to his family. We will all miss him terribly.

Lexicom Europe: the venue for this year’s Lexicom Workshop is Masaryk University’s centre in the beautiful UNESCO historic city of Telč in the Czech Republic, from the 8th to 12th June 2015. For details and registration form, see here.

Our 2014 Lexicom Workshop was held in Herstmonceux Castle in Sussex, U.K., from 11th to 15th August 2014, with 30 participants representing all five continents.
